How does the bundle discount work?
Add any 2 items to your cart and you get 10% off. Add 3 or more items and you get 15% off. The discount is applied automatically in your cart and checkout, no code needed. You can mix colors and products.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. Enter it on our Track Your Order page, or log in to your account to see your orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. What is the Puff Pillow made of?
Outer fabric: 90% polyester, 10% spandex with an ice-silk touch. Inner fabric: 100% polyester. Fill: 100% polyester goose-down alternative.
What size is it?
20" x 26".
Can I wash it?
Yes. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble dry on low.

What does it remove?
Dust, dust mites, pet dander, hair, dead skin cells and fine debris from mattresses, sofas, pillows and bedding.
Which surfaces can I use it on?
Mattresses (memory foam, spring, hybrid, latex, toppers), sofas, couches, carpets, rugs, blankets, futons and pet beds.
Is the UV light safe?
The UV light only turns on when the vacuum is pressed against a surface.
