Return and Exchange Policy

Lusamira aims to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction; however, due to our operational processes, certain conditions apply to return and exchange procedures. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. All shipping and transportation costs for returns and exchanges belong entirely to the customer, and these expenses will either be deducted from the product refund amount or collected directly from the customer. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a condition that allows for resale. Used, opened, or compromised packaging products are strictly non-refundable. Once the return is approved, the product price will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
